1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the betnwin platform at betnwin.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

betnwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and governed accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated or summarised version of this document and the English original, the English version shall take precedence in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to betnwin is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from betnwin or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of betnwin, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

betnwin takes its age verification obligations seriously. At the point of first withdrawal — and at any other time at our discretion — we may require documentary proof of age, identity, and address. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible; however, any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full. betnwin may report confirmed cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

The betnwin platform is designed and operated for use by players located in Bangladesh. While we do not automatically block access from all other territories, players located outside Bangladesh are responsible for verifying that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. betnwin accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a territory where such use is restricted or prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of betting, casino, and payment features on betnwin, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Registration is free of charge. Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Information You Provide

During registration you will be required to provide the following information, all of which must be accurate, current, and complete:

• Full legal name — as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth — confirming you are aged 18 or above.
• Mobile number — a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, used for OTP verification and account security.
• Payment method details — the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet number you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

betnwin will store and process this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Changes to your mobile number, payment method, or other account details must be made through the account settings section and may require re-verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betnwin username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betnwin will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact betnwin support immediately at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat function.

betnwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number) to add a second layer of security to your account. This feature is available at no cost from within your account security settings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betnwin are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betnwin does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via mobile wallet; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which betnwin accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Processing time: Mobile wallet deposits are credited to your betnwin BDT balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly BDT deposit caps within their account settings. These limits are applied immediately and can only be lowered — not raised — in real time.
• Source of funds: All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction to mobile wallet.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Verification requirement: betnwin may require identity and payment verification before processing your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to periodic re-verification at our discretion.
• Wagering requirement: Where a bonus has been applied to your account, the relevant wagering requirement must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits (non-bonus funds) are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical constraints. betnwin reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified payment channels where necessary.

4.3 Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

betnwin operates an active transaction monitoring system. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that appears suspicious, inconsistent with typical player behaviour, or potentially linked to fraudulent conduct will be subject to enhanced review. During any such review, the relevant withdrawal may be temporarily suspended. betnwin reserves the right to permanently close accounts and report activity to relevant authorities where fraud is confirmed or reasonably suspected.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and other wagering products available on the betnwin platform are subject to the specific game rules published within each product. These product-specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant product only.

5.1 Bet Placement and Settlement

A bet is confirmed only once you receive an on-screen confirmation message from the betnwin platform. Bets that are not confirmed — for example, due to a connectivity failure at the moment of placement — will not be settled. It is your responsibility to verify that your bets have been accepted before assuming any market position. betnwin is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Cricket betting markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers) are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, reduced-overs result, or official suspension, betnwin's cricket trading team will apply the settlement rules specific to the relevant tournament and market, as documented in the product rules.

5.2 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betnwin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Placing bets using information that constitutes insider knowledge of a sporting event's outcome (match-fixing).
• Coordinating bets with other players to exploit promotional offers or arbitrage opportunities in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting a pricing error, technical fault, or system glitch to place bets at incorrect odds or on markets that should not be available.

betnwin reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of, or in connection with, any of the above conduct, irrespective of whether the bet has already been settled and funds credited to the player's account.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

betnwin applies maximum single-bet and maximum daily payout limits, which vary by sport, event, and market type. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within each betting market at the time of bet placement. betnwin reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict betting access for any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

betnwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on the betnwin platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded, players whose accounts are under review, and players who have previously breached bonus terms may be excluded from promotions.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion will be stated in the offer terms.
• Minimum odds: Bets placed to satisfy wagering requirements on sports bonuses must meet the minimum odds threshold specified in the offer. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to wagering progress.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance or associated free spins that remain unconverted after the expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, betnwin players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active and incomplete may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse policy: betnwin monitors bonus activity closely. Accounts showing patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-margin hedging, systematic exploitation, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account restrictions.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request the closure of your betnwin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, betnwin will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests to your registered payment method before deactivating the account. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to identity re-verification.

7.1 Suspension by betnwin

betnwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment processor relating to any deposit made to your account.
• Evidence of underage gambling or misrepresentation of personal details during registration.
• Conduct that betnwin reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward platform staff, other users, or the integrity of the platform.

In the event of suspension or closure initiated by betnwin for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Where the suspension relates to suspected fraud or a chargeback dispute, withdrawal of the balance will be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. Where betnwin determines that no fraudulent activity occurred, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion from the betnwin platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and result in the permanent closure of betting and deposit access for the duration chosen by the player (minimum 6 months, maximum permanent). 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betnwin's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betnwin shall not be liable for any of the following, howsoever caused:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information caused by events beyond betnwin's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, DDoS attack, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure in Bangladesh.
• Errors in odds, market results, or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers, game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi), or sports governing bodies.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

8.1 Platform Availability

betnwin operates on a 24/7 basis and makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. However, betnwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical defects. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated where possible; emergency maintenance may be carried out without advance notice where necessary to protect platform security or integrity.

8.2 Third-Party Game Content

Slot games and live casino content made available through the betnwin platform are supplied by independent third-party game studios. betnwin acts as the operator of record for all wagering transactions but does not control the underlying game mathematics, RNG certification, or technical infrastructure of third-party content. All game providers accessible through betnwin operate under their own certifications for fair play and random number generation. betnwin is not liable for any malfunction, game error, or connectivity issue originating within a third-party game engine.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of contract law applicable to online service agreements. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through betnwin's internal complaints process should be directed in writing to [email protected]. betnwin will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
